1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for most products. Custom-cut wires and special orders are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet conditions

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection

• If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
